PicoP SDK 0.12 supports both PDE Gen1 and Gen2

The latest Version 0.12.4 PicoP SDK's for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X support both PDE Gen1 and PDE Gen2. These SDKs can be used with both PEK2-HDMI and PEK3-HDMI Evaluation Kits.
