Welcome to PicoP.org - the home of PicoP®  Developer Community

PicoP.org is a community website for Apps developers targeting the PicoP™ laser projector platform. The application possibilities are only limited by one's imagination. The PicoP Dev Tools include Software Development Kits (SDKs), PicoP® Evaluation Kit (PEK), and PicoP® Development Kit (PDK).

PicoP® Display Engine, 2nd Generation (PDE2)

The PicoP® display engine features unique laser scanning technology. It delivers always-in-focus images at a wide projection angle with high resolution and a wide color gamut, all from a package that is less than 7mm thick. These performance features are all unique to the PicoP display engine and enable a variety of applications, from traditional projection displays to 3D imaging and Natural User Interfaces.

PicoP® Evaluation Kit, 2nd Generation (PEK2-HDMI)

The PEK2-HDMI is the second generation evaluation platform demonstrating the capabilities of the PDE. PEK is designed for easy connectivity to various devices with HDMI or VGA video output, such as laptops/netbooks, smart phones, video cameras, media players, and much more. PEK allows rapid prototyping of PDE—enabled mobile devices.

PicoP® Development Kit (PDK)

The PDK is designed to provide all the tools necessary for embedded systems development with PDE, enabling a host of portable projection and imaging devices that span consumer, automotive, amd industrial imaging solutions. The PDK provides all of the hardware and software necessary to produce a fully functional embedded device.

PicoP® Software Development Kits (SDKs)

The PicoP® Software Development Kit (SDK) facilitates the creation of innovative projector-enabled applications. The SDK supports both PC-based (PEK) and embedded development environments (PDK).
